  • The box office is located in the basement of Sala São Paulo, in the parking area. You can secure your tickets in person, without a convenience fee, only on concert days, starting 2 hours before and until 30 minutes after the performances begin. On days of Osesp's Open Rehearsals, it opens 1 hour before.

  • The kiosks are available in the Boulevard and on the 1st basement level. They can be accessed any day and time, according to the operating hours of Sala São Paulo. Purchases can be made with credit or debit cards, without a convenience fee.

  • For online and phone ticket sales, payment can only be made with a credit card, with the option to pay in up to 3 installments interest-free. At the kiosks, both credit and debit cards are accepted. At the Sala São Paulo box office, purchases can also be made with cash.

  • Half-price tickets are offered, upon verification, to students, individuals over 60 years old, retirees, public education employees from the State or Municipality of São Paulo, young people from low-income families aged 15 to 29, individuals with disabilities, and their companions.

  • Undergraduate and graduate university students can attend Osesp season concerts for free. To participate, simply fill out the online form. Registered individuals are notified by email whenever tickets become available and can reserve their entry (limited to one ticket per person) online. On the day of the concert, it is necessary to present a student ID as proof.

  • On the website, it is possible to purchase up to six tickets per concert in the Osesp Season for each CPF. For larger quantities, purchases must be made in advance through the email bilheteria.osesp@byinti.com.

  • For purchases made on the website, tickets are available on the INTI platform; just log in. If you can't find them, please contact ajuda@byinti.com.

  • Children up to three years old who do not occupy a seat can enter for free. For those above this age who require a seat, a school document must be presented as proof for half-price tickets.

  • Concerts start on time. The doors to the Concert Hall close shortly after the entry of the spalla (first violin) for the orchestra's tuning. During the performance, audience entry will only be allowed between the pieces in the program and after the intermission. In the case of concerts featuring only one piece, the conductor may, at their discretion, take a longer pause between movements to allow latecomers to enter.
